Incident Log Message

The Incident Log gives you the ability to add messages about the selected incident. Messages can be categorized to help organize and filter them.

At this time, Incident Log messages are not board specific and will appear for the selected incident across all boards. This means all users can see these messages.

Add a Message

  1. Select the Log tab

  2. Select the category of the message

  3. Enter your message in the message textfield

  4. Click

Edit a Message

  1. Select the Log tab

  2. Click next to the message you want to edit

  3. Select Edit

  4. Edit the message

  5. Click

Delete a Message

  1. Select the Log tab

  2. Click next to the message you want to edit

  3. Select Delete

Filter Messages

At the top of the incident log is a set of colored buttons. Each one of these buttons is a category. Toggle on and off which category you want to see by clicking on these buttons.

Click the to clear the toggles and show all message.
