Unable to log in to the TA mobile application

If users can log in to TA web but just downloaded TA mobile for the first time and are unable to log in, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  • There are several different versions of Tactical Analyst for different clients. Be sure to download the correct version of Tactical Analyst for YOUR organization.

    • The Tactical Analyst mobile application should have your agency's information in the title of the application.

    • If you do not see your agency's information in the title of the application or on the login screen please contact your agency administrators for help.
